1.5 lbs Walnutschopped fine to medium

1 and 1/3 cups Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |

Heat milk until warm; dissolve yeast in it. |

Cream sugar, salt egg yolks and butter; add yeast and milk. |

Mix in flour; kneed until smooth. Let rise until double (2 hrs. in warm spot). |

Divide dough in 5 pieces. Roll out 1/4 inch thick and 9x12 size. |

Spread on filling and roll; let rise 2 hrs. in warm spot. |

Brush top with egg whites (slightly beaten). Bake 350 degrees 25-30 minutes until done. Can be frozen. |
