Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |

Mix the cake batter ingredients in a bowl and beat. |

Turn into a 13x9 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. |

While the cake is cooling cream the icing ingredients in a mixing bowl. Ice the cooled cake. |
