2 cups Heavy Cream

1/3 cup Flour

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the noodles for about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl. |

While the noodles are cooking, whisk together the beef stock, heavy cream, flour, soy sauce, black pepper, and rosemary in a large saucepan until smooth. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the meatballs, and continue cooking until meatballs are heated through, about 5 more minutes. |
