Mix dough the night before and place in refrigerator. |

The next day preheat oven to 375 degrees. |

Roll out dough about 1/2" thick. Cut and shape cookies |

Dip cookies in whites of egg then in chopped nuts mixed with powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 375 degrees until done. |
