Add rice and heavy cream to a large saucepan and combine. |

Add sugar, salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. |

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Stir often to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan. |

Reduce heat to low to simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. |
