Directions
A Christmas cookie classic! These were always my favorite at Christmas time. They are best after they sit for a few days so the flavor really develops. To this day I still love to have one of these with my coffee in the mornings during the holidays!

Set up two stations, a wet station and a dry station. It is best to have two people for this. Setup a large plate or bowl and put some of the sesame seeds on it. These will be used by the "dry" person. Have the "wet" person roll a small log of cookie dough that is about 2 to 2 1/2 inches long and about 3/4 inch in diameter. Then lightly roll it in oil and place it on the bowl/plate full of sesame seeds. The "dry" person then rolls the log in the seeds to completely cover it, and transfers it to an ungreased cookie sheet. |
