Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |

In a large bowl combine margarine, sugars, flour, cocoa and egg until well blended. Stir in vanilla and walnuts. |

Spread batter evenly in a well greased 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Bake a 350 for 30 minutes or until done. |

Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares while warm. Makes 16 squares. |
