In small mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. |

To fill wontons, position wonton wrap/skin with one point toward you. Spoon 1 tsp. of filling just off center, onto wrap. Fold bottom point of wonton over the filling, tucking the point under the filling. Roll once to cover filling, leaving about 1 inch unrolled at the top of the wrap. Moisten one side of the wrap with water. Grasp each side of the wrap; bring together and overlap. Press firmly to seal. Repeat with remaining wraps and filling. |

Deep fry wontons, a few at a time, in hot oil (365°) until golden. Drain on paper toweling. Serve warm. |
