2 sticks Margarine

1 stick Butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |

Combine ingredients for the cake batter and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into an ungreased 18 x 12 x 1 inch or two 11 5/8 x 9 1/4 x 1 1/2 inch pan(s). |

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. |

To make the crumb topping, place the flour, sugars, cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl. Melt the margarine and butter and pour over the dry ingredients. Mix with a fork or spoon. Don't over mix or crumbs will get too small (mixture will be consistency of cookie dough). |

With hands crumble mixture over cooled cake. Return to 350 degree oven for 20 minutes but don't let crumb topping brown too fast. |

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into 24 squares. This cake can be frozen. |
