Cut chicken into pieces. |

Heat oil in a large skillet and sauté a little at a time until browned on both sides. Set chicken aside - keep warm. |

Reduce heat, add mushrooms; sauté until browned. |

Return chicken to the skillet - pour in the marsala wine, and add seasonings. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve over rice. |
