In a non-stick, or lightly oiled skillet, brown chicken breasts on both sides. Remove from pan. |

Add vegetables to pan and cook until onions are soft, but not browned. |

Return chicken to pan. Add broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover, and simmer gently for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. |
