1 slice per chicken breast Mozzarella Cheese

For Cheese Sauce

1 cup Whipping Cream
-
1/4 cup Water
-
1/4 cup Butteror margarine

1/2 cup Romano Cheesegrated

1/4 cup Parsley

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. |

Coat chicken in flour. Mix the eggs, water, Romano cheese, parsley, and salt. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture; then, into the bread crumbs to coat fully. |

Heat butter and oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken breasts over medium heat until brown, about 15 minutes. Remove chicken to 11 x 7 inch baking dish. |

Heat cream, water, and butter in a 1-quart saucepan until the butter melts. Add cheese, and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in parsley. |

Pour the cheese sauce over the chicken. Top each chicken breast with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees until the cheese melts and the chicken is tender (about 8 minutes). |
