1 cup Marsala Winedry

8 oz Mushroomssliced

8 oz Mushroom Gravy

to taste Black Pepper

Flour

Canola Oil

Place each cutlet between pieces of wax paper and pound until thin. |

Place the flour, salt, and pepper, in a large plate or on a piece of waxed paper. Mix the ingredients well. |

Dredge the chicken cutlets in the flour mixture. Sauté the cutlets in butter-oil combination until lightly brown on both sides. Remove the cutlets and set aside. |

In the same pan sauté the mushrooms and then add the Marsala. Sauté an additional minute or two and then add the gravy. |

Cook until all ingredients are hot. Pour over the cutlets. |
