Ingredients

14 oz Artichoke Hearts 1 can drained and finely chopped
10 oz Spinach 1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup Mayonaise
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix Good Seasons brand if possible

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish.

Bake 20 minutes or until heated though. Serve with chips and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
