Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |

In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, oil, salt, cinnamon, carrots and eggs. |

Add walnuts and baking soda. Mix well. |

Turn out into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool and keep cake refrigerated. |
