1 cup Ricotta Cheese

8 slices Mozzarella Cheese

1 cup Crushed Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |

Blend the ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, and oregano. |

Rub the chicken with garlic powder and brown in a skillet with olive oil, approximately 12 minutes on each side. Remove and cool. |

Place chicken in a baking dish side by side. Spoon 1/4 cup of the seasoned ricotta and 1/4 cup crushed tomatoes in center of each breast. Top each breast with 2 slices of mozzarella and bake in a pre-heated 350° oven for 20 minutes. |
