1 Green Bell Pepperscut in strips

1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

28 oz Crushed Tomatoesplus half can of water

Coat the chicken pieces in flour. |

In a large skillet add half the olive oil and sauté the chicken until white on both sides. Remove the chicken from the pan. |

Return the pan to the stove – add the remaining olive oil and sauté mushrooms garlic, onions, red pepper flakes, and peppers. Season with salt, pepper, and basil. Cook for 5-8 minutes. |

Add the crushed tomatoes to the saucepan with 1/2 can of water. Cook for 1/2 hour. Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes. Serve over Fusilli pasta. |
