1/2 to 1 tsp Oregano

Red Wine Vinegar

Place steak in a baking dish just large enough to accommodate meat to be cooked. |

Cover with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour enough wine vinegar over the meat to cover the bottom of the dish for approximately 1/4 inch. |

Marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature, turning meat every 20 minutes. |

Place baking dish in the broiler and broil for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. |
