1 to 2 Eggshard boiled and sliced with an egg slicer

to taste Romano Cheese

Flatten flank steak to 1/2 inch thick. |

Score the flank steak and arrange the sliced eggs on top. |

Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley and Romano cheese. Roll and tie with cooking string. |

Brown in a pan with olive oil. Add to the pot of marinara sauce or meat sauce that you are cooking. |

Cut the Braciola into thin slices and discard the string. Serve with pasta and sauce. |
