Rolling pieces of dough between your palms create thin pencil shaped pieces. Then wind the piece around your index finger, pinch the ends together, and place the tarales on a non-stick cookie sheet. Tip: Sometimes the dough will be very soft (depends on moisture in air, etc.) so don’t be concerned – just work with it as best you can, in other words you might not be able to roll in your palms, just shape into circles, opened in center just like a donut. |
