Ingredients

1/2 lb Ground Pork lean
6 Shrimp finely chopped
1/2 can Water Chestnuts finely chopped
4 to 5 Green Onions finely chopped
2 to 3 stalks Celery finely chopped
8 Mushrooms finely chopped
handful Bean Sprouts finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic minced
1/4 tsp Ginger ground
1 tsp Soy Sauce enough to hold together - not to be runny
1 Eggs
Wonton Wraps square, also sold as wonton skins

In small mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.

To fill wontons, position wonton wrap/skin with one point toward you. Spoon 1 tsp. of filling just off center, onto wrap. Fold bottom point of wonton over the filling, tucking the point under the filling. Roll once to cover filling, leaving about 1 inch unrolled at the top of the wrap. Moisten one side of the wrap with water. Grasp each side of the wrap; bring together and overlap. Press firmly to seal. Repeat with remaining wraps and filling.

Deep fry wontons, a few at a time, in hot oil (365°) until golden. Drain on paper toweling. Serve warm.
