Ingredients

Cake Batter
1 package Yellow Cake Mix
2/3 cup Canola Oil
4 Eggs slightly beaten
2/3 cup Milk
Crumbs
4 cups Flour
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
2/3 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 sticks Margarine
1 stick Butter
Powdered Sugar to dust on top

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine ingredients for the cake batter and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into an ungreased 18 x 12 x 1 inch or two 11 5/8 x 9 1/4 x 1 1/2 inch pan(s).

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

To make the crumb topping, place the flour, sugars, cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl. Melt the margarine and butter and pour over the dry ingredients. Mix with a fork or spoon. Don't over mix or crumbs will get too small (mixture will be consistency of cookie dough).

With hands crumble mixture over cooled cake. Return to 350 degree oven for 20 minutes but don't let crumb topping brown too fast.
Cool completely.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into 24 squares. This cake can be frozen.
