Ingredients

2 cups Flour
1 and 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cloves ground
1/4 tsp Nutmeg grated
2 and 1/2 sticks Butter - Unsalted at room temperature
1 cup Brown Sugar firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 lb Carrots peeled and shredded (about 4 and 1/2 cups)
1 cup Walnuts chopped
1/3 cup Raisins golden

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour 13x9x2 baking pan.

Stir together first 7 ingredients in medium size bowl.

Beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in large bowl until fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Beat in flour mixture until blended.

Stir in carrots, walnuts and raisins.

Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.

Top with cream cheese frosting. Wrap and keep refrigerated.
