1/4 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Brown Sugarlight brown

1 tbsp Cornstarch

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Water

6 cups (about 3 pints) Blueberriesfresh, washed

1 tsp Lemon Zest

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |

In medium bowl, mix butter with flour. Stir in 1/4 cup sugar, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon until mix is crumbly. |

In medium saucepan, mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup sugar. Stir in water and 3 cups berries. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat. |

Add remaining berries, lemon zest and juice, stir gently. |

Pour into 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Sprinkle top with crumb mixture. |

Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve at room temperature with vanilla ice cream. |
