12 oz Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 to 3/4 lb Pepperonisliced

Roll dough into large oval shape. Place pepperoni overlapping from center to cover dough. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella. |

Roll up from long end - to shape like Italian bread loaf. |

Place seam side down and bake 25 - 30 min. Often juice will ooze out during baking - line pan and/or oven with foil. Slice and serve warm. |
