1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Directions
This was one of the recipes given to us by our family in Australia when they were visiting us in the United States.

Place all ingredients except the powdered sugar together in a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until well blended and smooth. |

Pour into a greased, spring form cake tin and cook in a moderate oven (use 350 degrees) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set. Cool before dusting with powdered sugar. |
