Make the MarinadeIn a bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients until combined well. Put London broil in a large re-sealable plastic bag and pour marinade over it. Seal bag, pressing out excess air, and set in a shallow dish. Place in the refrigerator and allow the meat to marinate for 8 hours. Turn bag over once or twice during the marinating process. |

If GrillingPreheat grill. On an oiled rack set about 4-inches over glowing coals (or on High heat on a gas grill), grill the meat, turning each once, 9 to 10 minutes on each side, or until it registers 125 degrees, on a meat thermometer for medium-rare meat. A meat thermometer is recommended! |

If BroilingPreheat the broiler to High heat. Put the London Broil in a baking dish. Broil for 5 to 6 minutes and then flip the meat over and broil for 3 to 4 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 125 degrees for medium-rare meat. A meat thermometer is recommended! |
