1/2 cup Butterroom temperature

3 tbsp Butter

1 Onionsfinely chopped

1/4 cup Sour Cream

Mix cream cheese and butter thoroughly. |

Add flour and work with pastry blender or mixer until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes. |

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. |

Melt the butter in a skillet, add onion and brown lightly. |

Add the mushrooms and cook for about 3 minutes stirring often. |

Add seasonings and sprinkle with flour. |

Stir in sour cream and cook until thickened. Remove from heat. |

When dough has been chilled for 30 minutes take it out of the refrigerator and roll it on a floured surface. Cut it into 3 inch rounds. |

Place teaspoon of filling in center and fold over. Press edges with fork tines and prick the top for steam to escape. |

Arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. |
